I've been a member of VS for many years, but this site is a heaven sent for the hard core recruiting crowd. I follow as closely as any and it seems as if lately, the recruiting content has suddenly and drastically surpassed all other sites.

Well in fairness to Jesse, that's not his full time job. This is Barton's full time job but that's not to take anything away from either of them because I think they are both very good in this profession.

Trust me guys, I have more than enough to keep me busy on the national side of things if I wanted to but as a company we decided that Vanderbilt really needed a (good) site because we thought yall were hungry for it. You've proven us right.
So as long as you keep on reading and posting and spreading the word, this will continue to be a great site. I can promise you that no site will out work me or the 247Sports network when it comes to recruiting content and knowledge so thanks for giving us a shot. Just like the fans in the stadium on Saturday night were the ones that made that a great atmosphere for recruits, yall being active on this site and hungry for info will make this site great.

I have to agree with this thread. I have been on VM for years, but just joined the VIP section here on Monday night. I am very happy with my decision and wish I would have joined sooner. I think this may be my first post.

Anyone thinking about spending the money---let me put it this way, I probably pay less than 10 cents for every time I read an article or a post, the content is worth the cost--my point is it keeps you coming back. Tremendous value.

VM is free for the most part. I'd never pay to be an insider there. Almost did it but instead joined VS because this site was not in existence.

I was an "insider" there for 5 years, and it was ok. I won't bad mouth it too much because I like a lot of the posters over there, but the VIP content is nowhere near what it is here. I am very impressed so far.
