    It sure has seemed to me for the past couple of years that Tennessee is a bit underrated when it comes to producing football talent. (UT fans love to complain about the lack of talent in their home state.) Wasn't sure whether that was because a few of these classes were uniquely-talented, or whether it's a new trend. Given James Franklin's prowess and popularity in the state, I certainly hope it's the latter.
